Hello, Foreskin tear is commonly due to vigorous masturbation or rough partner sex. Repeated tearing may also result due to dryness around or under the foreskin. Dryness around or under the foreskin often occurs due to yeast infection. He is suggested to keep the area clean and apply anti-fungal cream (Clotrimazole or Miconazole). He can take a single dose of pill with Fluconazole (anti-fungal). He should avoid sexual intercourse for a period of time following the incident to allow the tissue to heal completely. He should avoid engaging in any rough activity and should not put condoms until healed completely. Take care of hygiene and do not let the tear get infected. Since the tear is recurrent and causing discomfort, he is suggested to get clinically examined by a urologist / surgeon. The treating doctor may suggest circumcision. Take care.
