General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to folliculitis which is an infection of the hair follicle.
I suggest to clean their the area with an antibacterial soap.
I also suggest to use an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin cream for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
