What Causes Foul Discharge With Painful Urination Post Sex?

I was given oral sex and the next day my penis slightly burned, this has been going on for a month, there never was any discharge or foul oder but there is a constant burn even when I urinate, on a scale of 1to10 I say its a 5. What do you suppose this is?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Drink plenty of water. Antibiotics like levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
