What Causes Foul Odor In Urination After Intercourse?

when i pee there is a shiny layer what sits on the top and it smell strange sort of yeasty. i looked it up and it is manily to do with women but i am male. my girlfriend has a yeasty smell in her vigina and we have stoped having sex but it is still occuring. we have gone to a sexual health clinc but they found nothing any chance you could help

* As per my surgical experience, there can be foul odor in urination from prostate infection or other sterile pyuria where lab work up will be negative.

* My recommendations at present:
- Raise your liquids intake to two times than normal course.
- Cranberry pills 2 times a day.
- Maintain genital hygiene.
- Avoid further sexual relationships as well as masturbation.
- Follow up after 2 days about the progress.
