What Causes Foul Smell Of My Stools And Rotten Taste In Mouth?

yes please,for the past three days my mouth has tasted like rotten cabbage and my stools smell the same aas my mouth tastes but stronger.its disgusting,i drink hot boiled water to try and clense my system as this helps to get my bowels moving,but although my bowels are working well the problem persists,please can you tell me what the problem is and what i can do about it.thanks

Hi,

I have reviewed your question, and here is my recommendation, here in your case infection needs to be ruled out and it can be fungal infection.

This condition can be treated with antifungal or broad spectrum mouth gargle like povidone oral gargle and along with this a dental condition got to be ruled out.

Besides all of those symptoms, it can be due to some hallucination. Anyways, the clinical examination will clear the image.
