What Causes Foul Smelling Discharge After Intercourse?
I only have a menstrual cycle every other month and i had one already this mnth on march 5 but 2 days ago right after having unprotected sex with my boyfriend i started to bleed lightly but later that evening it stopped and ever since then ive just had a light brownish and kind of bad odor discharge. Just wondering what it could be or if i should be worried this has never happened to me before. Im 28 years old, 5 5 and weigh 110lbs thanks
Light bleed after intercourse can be due to PID, vaginal dryness, cervical/endometrial polyp, injury to the vagina due to dryness or friction during sex. Bad odour after intercourse can be due to sweaty genitals, bacterial vaginosis, hormonal changes, poor hygiene or infection.
Get physically examined, get a pelvic/cervical examination, cervical screening tests and STD tests done along with your boyfriend. Get treated and take care.
