What Causes Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?
My vaginal discharge is thick and white and gives off a sour smelling odor. It doesn t itch or hurt, just smells. I m on birth control and a host of meds for depression and bipolar disorder. I ve tried wearing different underwear and not douching, but it continues.

Hi, I have gone through your question. Foul smelling vaginal discharge can be due to vaginal infection. It may not be associated with itching.
Intake of oral contraceptives also increase the vaginal and cervical secretion.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get your vaginal swab examined for various infection and then get treated accordingly.
