What Causes Freezing And Dizziness After A Severe Bronchitis?

I came down with a cold two days ago felt tired basic sore throat and my body was cold. Yesterday I woke up felt sore throat was more severe then decreased through out the day, but my chest got tight and had the feeling that I ve had right before I got bronchitis ontop of increased fatigued and congestion headache. Today I feel better but my fatigue is worse then yesterday and I again was still freezing. My temperature kept dropping from 97.4 to 96.3 to 95.9 and got to 95.3 at that point I was very dizzy and pale I instantly took a hot bath and got under a heating blanket. It ending up raising after an hour. It s been several hours and I still feel weak and exhausted yet my temp has raised to normal will this go away? Should I be concerned?

Any infection like bronchitis can cause fever and fatigue. Some time temperature can be normal or less but not very common. I would recommend you to show to a physician and start taking antibiotics. Also drink lot of water we salt and glucose. I hope you will feel much better after these.
