What Causes Frequent And Painful Bowel Movements?

I can't stop going to the toilet for number 2 I had the runs for over 48 hrs been to my GP who gave me some tablets to stop the runs but I still keeping going to the toilet every 2 hours with very wet wind and if I do a number 2 I have bad ache This will be my 5th day now

Thank you for trusting HCM dear you may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and oily spicy food. Tab. Sporulac thrice a day, tab Ornidazole Ofloxacine twice a day for 5days. Tab. Normaxin twice a day. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult a doctor. He will examine and treat you accordingly.
