What Causes Frequent Awful Urination?
What is wrong with me? I pee a lot and it smells sweet like pineapple. My pee is straw color, bubbly, foamy and looks like beer
I’m always hungry and extremely thirsty. My muscles are tender and sore
I have lower back pain, abdominal pain, kidney or liver hurts area. My body is numb and tingling. My hands hurt and I have pain in my testicles.
My left side hurts, especially under the left bicep and left ribcage and underarm.
My body is very itchy and pain in the area of my heart.
Also, I have night sweats and chills. My feet are very sweaty, my palms feel greasy and I have metallic taste in my mouth.
My semen smells fishy and like bleach.
I have blue around finger nail bed.

IN the given situation, You seems to suffer from-undetected Diabetes Mellitus with IBS with bloated stomach?
Night sweats could be from IBS with bacterial infection and medicines for it.
Need to check with Physician and get blood sugar done, to fix the cause of thirsty feeling and frequency of urine.
Other causes need to be ruled out.
