Hi I have been going to the bathroom multiple times thinking I am going to have diarehha. Only when I push green bloody mucas comes out. It is about a teaspoon size and sometimes it can be smaller or bigger in size. I have just been noticing more blood. It also has a very fowel smell. I feel dizzy and tierd and was up half the night due to worring about it plus my rectum area and stomached hurt. What can be happening?
