What Causes Frequent Bowel Movement Especially After Having A Meal?

I am a 22 year old girl. My problem is after taking food i have to go for stools. Usually i go 2 times in a day in morning after i woked up and in evening after having dinner but sometimes i go 3 or 4 times in a day. Stools are semi solid and i don t have any pain in my stomach. But my weight is not increasing it is constant 48kgs. From 2 years and my height is 5 6 ft. Please tell me its solution how i can gain weight.

After taking meal some amount of bowel movement is common physiologic phenomenon.

In stressful condition, bowel movement may be increase.

In irritable bowel syndrom, abdominal cramps is present.

You mention that after taking food immediately bowel movement is started that indicate crohn's disease also.
In Crohn's disease is diagnose by endoscopy.
Diarrhea, pain,blood in stool,weight loss are also present in crohn's disease.

For gain a weght eat high fiber diet like lead,black beans,like beans,broccoli,rasberry etc...
Take multigrain in diet.
Eat fress fruit and green vegetables.
Drink whole milk with banana.

Don't Take stress too much.
Eat healthy foods and avoid junk foods.
