What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements And Reddish Brown Stool?

Hi Doctor..This is Ravi,male,30 years old..For the past three weeks after every meal within 15 min I pass the stool.Plus daily after lunch I pass reddish brown stools.Plus for the past 10 days,I was having cold antibiotics.Please guide me what could be the reason for this.
