What Causes Frequent Bowels As Soon As The Food Is Taken?

Hi went on holiday to Turkey in april and haven't been right since, I'm constantly on the toilet gone off food but not sweet things, if I do eat a meal it goes straight through me, feel tired and fatigued and now noticed that I have developed a rash under my breasts from sweating which I do alot now at night which also smells. I am 41 years old, female overweight but not too overweight never had a rash like this before and just generally feel unwell, any clues?

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, I have gone through the history given here and I could say that it could be the protozoa infection or the bacterial infection or both together as long as the digestive function is concern, and it can be empirically given try with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days and Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for five days.
For the allergic condition you can use Diphehydramine lotion and use good anti-perspiring agent (Deodorant ), simple dusting powder can be used
hope this information helps.
