What Causes Frequent Chest Pain?

I have been having pain off and on on my left side of chest.Feels like in bone area under breat.Should I be concerned.I have seen a cardiologist within last year who states that I am fine cardiac wise.sometimes the pain goes up into breat area as well

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your cardiac work up is normal, no need to worry for cardiac cause.
In my opinion you should get done mammography to rule out breast related causes like infection, abscess etc.
If this is also normal then you are mostly having muscular pain.
So better to follow these steps for symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep and painful movements.
3. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
