Hi, this is Sam here (41 years old). I have been living in UK for 14 years now. During the last 2 years, I have started catching cold very quickly through my ears even when the temperature is not low which never used to happen before. Is there any reason for that and what do I have to do for that? Thanks
Need not to worry. You should visit pulmonologist once and get it examined. If symptoms exaggerating go for blood and sputum test. If it is bacterial infection start with proper course of antibiotics. You should take plenty of fluids. Take diet that can improve immunity such as antioxidants in diet. Avoid intake of outside food. Take water after every few mins.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
