What Causes Frequent Coughing And Suggest Treatment?

I have 9 months male baby. cough attacks my frequently. blood test of Total count has been done today. the result is TC - 20000 /cu mm & eusinaphill 12% . rest of the report DC,ESR Platelet count ,RBC are normal. why frequently cough attacks my baby? what are the treatment for reducing Eusinophyll.
