What Causes Frequent Diarrhea And Nausea?

Frequent bouts of diarrhea, urgency to have a bowel movement, nauseous, pain in upper stomach, vertices ridges on finger nails, theses have occurred in the last 3-4 months. Had several tests and nothing showed up. I am getting through the days of pepto Bismal and bread. What can this be?

-Use over the counter medication such as Imodium
-take probiotics daily
-dink liquids
