What Causes Frequent Dizziness And Fever?

I am dizzy very frequently...daily...today it has been all day. I couldn’t run, when walking downstairs they appear to shift and causes me the need to sit or lay down. This has been occurring since September of 2017. I have been to my family doctor who prescribed Meclizine which has don’t nothing for me. When I am experiencing dizziness, I often also have a fever. I also take Benedryl as suggested by my sister who is as PA who thought maybe I have allergies. I take that at night but also has not really helped. I’m at a loss...I read that my other senses compensate for this...I had LASIK in 2000 and not had an eye exam Since. Could that be the problem? Doesn’t seem logical to me but I’m grabbing at straws. What would you suggest

Hi,

Dizziness and fever may be due to viral labyrinthitis or connective tissue disorders of the ear or tuberculosis or pyrexia of unknown origin or Infections etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please check for causative for fever like infection or connective tissue disorders or retroviral diseases or malignancy etc.

Use tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
