Hello, I am a 27 year old male and recently I have been experiencing mild to medium headaches at least 3-4 times a week usually near the back of my head. These headaches have occured both toward the end of my work day and also at the beginning as well. I have not had any changes in diet since this started occurring, and consume 1-2 cups of coffee per day-which has been consistent for the past few years. Any thoughts or suggestions are much appreciated! Thank You
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Your symptoms might be due to Tension Headache, which usually results from stress at work. I advice you to, 1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans 2. Neck massage 3. Relaxation & Stretching exercises. 4. YOGA 5. Have Caffeine drinks 6. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc 7. Also consult a ENT specialist to rule out sinusitis.
