What Causes Frequent Pain In The Appendix?

I get fequent pains near appendix area that has been on and off for. Year. All of a sudden i got the pain again, went to pee, and 3 medium sized blood clots and a thick string like blood thing come out, the stringy thing took awhile to leave? What is the problem. I have gone to doctors many times about the pain and think im crazy.
