in my opinion you are having eustachian tube catarrh, in which inflammation of eustachian tube prevent regular clearance of middle ear fluid of corresponding side and prevent aeration. it feels like aural fullness , pain and decrease in hearing. I would recommend decongestants and short course of antibiotics, and pain killer. vasava maneuver will help .
