What Causes Frequent Rashes On The Body And Absence Of Sweating?

Symptoms: I do not sweat. Even when I work our vigorously. I break out in random rashes. 3 years ago tested positive for auto immune, but was told that it wasn t one of the bad ones . But was told that I would probably never find out what my body is reacting to. Was told to take antihistamine everyday. I use to be able to tan in tanning bed, but for the past 4 years , I ve tried but can not now. I break out in hives where I should be sweating.
