What Causes Frequent Sharp Pain In Left Side Of Chest And Blackish Tar During Cold?

i am 24 yrs old ,height 5'9" ,weight 60 kg. i have sharp pain in left side of my chest ,lasting for minutes to hours. Progressively more frequent. i smoke 5-6cigs per day. and sometime little bit blackish tar(like ash) comes out with my cold(but no cough). what is it? i am very much worried about it.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should rule out lung infection and bronchitis in your case.
Since you are smoker, these diseases are commonly cause chest pain and blackish tar.
So consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
3. PFT (pulmonary function test) for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need antibiotic and inhaled bronchodilator and inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) on the basis of these reports.
First of all, quit smoking as soon as possible because this is not a good habit.
