What Causes Frequent Stomach Bloating And Sore Nipples?

hi, I am a female aged 39. I often suffer with bloated stomach which makes me look pregant ( but iam not ) sore nipples and nausea. My uncomforable stomach is bad right now , not the centre of my stomach but inder both sides of my ribs. When i press its very tender ( like bruised and occasional sharp short pains in my right side.Tiredness , needing breaks aloo and loss of apertite. I am a little over weight and my tummy is covered with a handful of fat .Sometimes when i press hard i feel something like a sore solid knot. I had my kidneys etc all checked a few years ago and all was normal. But its back and sharper this time. please advise.
