What Causes Frequent Stomach Pain?

Hello Doctor,I am suffering from stomach pain for last 3 days, but before two three weeks back also same problem was there since 1 year I am suffering from this like twice in a month (approx) and i consulted many doctors they couldnt identify what is the problem, and when ever i consult doctors they had given somany syrups and tablets for gas trouble, and now i have a doubt that it is pancreas cancer, Doctor how can i confirm that?

You have chronic stomach pain, that may be because of ulceration condition in abdomine.
Do ultrasonography that help us to diagnose.

In ultrasonography any growth around pancreas that indicate any abnormality.
Do h.pylori test also. H.pylori infection also cause chronic stomach pain.

Irritable bowel diseases case chronic pain is present.stressful condition also lead to ulcer in stomach area.Ultrasonography is helpful in diagnosis.
