What Causes Frequent Thirst With Severe Cramps In The Legs?

I am thirsty all the time. I drink approx 120-160 oz of water per day. I wake up 4-5 times per night to drink. I am always warm. I keep my fan on high and my air on 71 degrees and I am still warm. I get severe cramps in my calves and thighs several times each month.
