What Causes Frequent Twitching Of The Eyelid?

My Eye lid has been twitching for over a month, usually upper, sometimes lower. Usually left, sometimes both. It has stopped twice for about a day. Starting to get a vibration in my nose also. Woke in the middle of the night and from my chest up felt like it was vibrating. It took about a half hour to subside. There seems to be many possible causes. I m sure I need to see my doc, have an appt. in a couple weeks. I am 43 yrs. old. Should I make my appt. sooner? Also, are you a doctor? this is due to blepharospsm aticks. notreatment is requered forit. at times it is linked to anxiety. sotry to toreduce anxiety. yoga and meditation may help to reduce anxiety.
