What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate?

Internal hemmoroids (has surgery (staples) 1 year ago. Surgeon's comment "they were very impressive"). 46 yrs, 130 lbs, good health (no medication). Surgery did enable me eliminate regularly however, Approx every 20-30 minutes (at work specifically) and after I drink fluids, I have the urge to eliminate (internal hemmoriods or do I have to go). Even after I eliminate, approx 5 - 10 minutes later, I still have the urge to eliminate, ago and I have gas (which offensive everyone except me). I do have an appt to consult with a another surgeon. I have to eliminate, now

Hi.
Frequency with urgency of urination... this could be due to urinary tract infection, prostatitis, bladder stone disease, overactive bladder as a side effect of surgery.
These can be ruled out by urine routine which will show increased pus cells, casts or crystals or bacteria presence...urine culture which will show bacteria causing infection and antibiotics sensitive to it... ultrasound KUB to be done which will show any stone disease or prostatic enlargement or other pathology in KUB region.
If infection or stone disease r ruled out, it can be OAB. Take anticholinergics like Solifenacin or Tolterodine. ur symptoms will cm down. Also avoid tea or coffee.
