What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Pressure In Pelvic Area?

i have been experiencing frequent urination the past month. no discharge but when i sit for a long period of time and then stand up it feels like my pelvic bones are pressured and my insides are about to fall out. no pain just a lot of pressure. what is wrong with me. I am afraid and i am 47 years old and have never had any health issues. please help me.

I would like further information like complete medical history to help you better

in my opinion you should consult a nephrologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood sugar urine culture and osmolality test
