What Causes Frequent Urination And Black Specks In Urine?

Hi after having rough sex I started to feel the need to urge to urinate and I started to pee black dots my Doctor said that my urine sample came back negative and to see a urologist I also had a bad kidney infection two months ago could The black specks be left over blood from that infection?
