“As” per your clinical history is concerned please take [Tamsulosin] as prescribed by your doctor and do an ultrasound scan to confirm whether you have any enlarged prostate or not, if present then you will need further addition of medication. Your frequent urination might be due to enlarged prostate and it is a common problem for your age and not a serious disorder at all. Regarding cold I may say that it is a viral illness and it will run its own course and for it you can take antihistamine like [levocetrizine] and do check your body temperature every 8 hours if elevated then add antibiotics [cefixime]. All medications require your doctor's prescription so you can discuss with your primary care doctor first. You can do warm saline gargle 3 times a day .
Do a blood differential count if any findings comes tell your doctor to add medications.
Hope that helps and nothing to be worried at all.
