What Causes Frequent Urination And Erectile Dysfunction?

I have been having to urinate many times at night when I sleep for many years. If i have my prostate removed (if I can afford it) I understand I won t have this problem. Mind you I have OCD and things like this become VERY problematic. My question is will this affect my ability to have an erection naturally (without some kind of drug like Viagra), and how easily can this be reversed. Thanks, norm

* Erectile dysfunction is in relation with - psychological - physiological
