hi my name is Laura. Recently I ve noticed I ve been urinating a lot more often.I have also been getting hungrier even though my diet hasnt changed. Water intake is also the same as usual. This has been going on for a couple days now and I m wondering if you could provide me with any solution to what this may be

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Increased urination with increased appetite, especially with increased water intake, signifies possible diabetes mellitus.
2. Get an urine examination done to look for urine glucose levels. Also evaluation for any pus cells also is necessary.
3. Have good hydration to avoid dehydration especially with increased urination. Test Reports and more clinical details necessary for further opinion.
