What Causes Frequent Urination And Loss Of Appetite After Having Sex?

Hello, I m a 30 year old male & last Saturday I had sex with this girl & after I climaxed I had to use the bathroom to pee & then the next 20 mins it felt like I had to pee every 5 seconds but nothing came out & I panicked so I threw up it eventually didn t feel like that anymore, but since that day I lost my appetite completely what is wrong with me?

Hello
It seems you got some infection transmitted during sex, that caused infection of urethra , resulting in increased frequency of urination. It produced marked anxiety , resulting in other symptoms. Please drink a lot of water, get a urine tested for infection ans relax
