Constant urinating urge. Pain during urination. Some vaginal itching. Occasional brown discharge. I had my boyfriend look down there and he said he saw white stuff around my vaginal area. What is going on?
I just had a papsmear 2 weeks ago. My results came back normal this past Wednesday. Symptoms began on Monday.
Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of Urogenital tract (UTI and Vaginitis).
Please consult qualified Gynaecologist for clinical and per speculum examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.. 1) Routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to. 2) Swab test of vaginal secretions.
In the mean while broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
