What Causes Frequent Urination And Problem In Emptying The Bladder?

Hi I am 20 year olds female about 5,5 height and 70kg have no medical history. I am concerned now about when I go for a wee it feels like I need another one straight after and I can be on the toilet for up to 20minutes especially at night just to make sure that I don't need the toilet, even if it's just a tiny amount to pass. I worried now that I am straining to pass and this might affect my pelvic floor muscles so you have any ideas? Thank you
