What Causes Frequent Urination And Severe Abdominal Pains?
I,m experiencing lower left abdominal pain. Seems like I have to go every 30 min. or so and then I have spasems after I,m finished. I have had this pain now for over a 2 weeks. I was treated for for a urinary infection with antibatics but that all came back neg. I am getting very uncomfortable.

I would like to tell you that these symptoms are mainly of urniary tract infection so first I suggest you to undergone culture and sensitivity test for urine, as previously treatment was not effective to you .you should collect early morning mid stream urine specimen after washing your genitalia in a sterile container and send it to Microbiology lab for culture and sensitivity testing .After report you can take the antibiotic accordingly or communicate to me for selection of right antibiotic along with other symptomatic drug . Presently you should drink plenty of water and maintain good hygine of genitalia .
