What Causes Frequent Urination And Traces Of Leukocytes In Urine?

Dark yellow urine, but clear, 1.01 gravity, ph 7, trace of leukocytes, nitrates, protein, glucose, and ketones all negative. Urobilinogen 1 mg/dl, but bilirubin and blood negative. RBC 0, WBC 0-3, bacteria rare, but mucous present ......also frequent urination overnight, which is new. What could this mean?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. You should also go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out benign prostatic hyperplasia. It is common in old male.
