What Causes Frequent Urination And Urge To Urinate?

I ve been urinating a lot the last week or so. Yesterday after urination I felt like I had to go again urgently and when I did, I had what looked like semen come out. I haven t ejaculated in over two weeks. i am taking blood pressure meds and prozac. I thought maybe retrograde ejaculation, but I just urinated again and right after I felt like I needed to go urgently again with the same results. Looked like either semon or pus.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have urinary tract infection or genital tract infection. You may have benign prostatic hyperplasia with or without prostatitis. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination, ultrasound abdomen and serum PSA level. then you should take treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful antibiotics. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
