What Causes Frequent Urination And Urinary Incontinence?
I am 54, woman. For about a month or so I have had bladder control issues. I have to go much more frequently, with such urgency that I haven’t made it to the bathroom on several occasions and this happens even when my bladder is not full. No changes in medications or anything else I can think of. Also no related pain.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
What you experience could indicate pelvic organ prolapse, a very common condition for females. To get closer to a definitive diagnosis you should have a pelvic exam at a uro-gynecologist and answer questionnaires relating to your urinary problems.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
