Hello there, From your fasting blood sugar values it seems that you are a prediabetic. But to be sure about your diabetic state you should get an OGTT (Oral glucose tolerance test) done. The changes you have brought in your lifestyle are appreciable and will go a long way in keeping you healthy. However the frequent urination that you are suffering from doesnt seem to be due to sugars. But that can be confirmed once your after meals sugars are known For frequent urination sugars need to cross 250-300. So my advice is get on OGTT and HbA1c. Continue your lifestyle changes. But if you are still feeling frequency in urination then probably you need to be examined to find if there is any infection in the urethra/bladder or prostate. Till then drink lots of water in a day, even if you have to go to urinate frequently as that will bring down any infection if at all. Take care.
