yes I am a fifty one year old male and I sometimes urinate two to three times at night I am having lower back uncomfortableness what might you conclude of this thank you YYYY@YYYY

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely due to benign prostate hyperplasia. You should get a digital anal examination of prostate by an urologist to rule out this. Ultrasound examination and PSA in blood should be done also. Recurrent infection also can occur due to this. So urine routine also should be carried out to rule out any infection. For such condition if you were my patient then i would recommend taking alpha adrenergic blockers like tamusulosin and 5 alpha reductase inhibitors like dutasteride. By taking this drug for long term the size of prostate can be reduced and the symptoms also.
