Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? Any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? Are u running fever? Any burning urination?
There are many causes for it. if i am ur attending doctor i will definitely look at your blood sugar levels as well as prostate size.
Enlarged prostate is most common cause for it. i will get ur URINALYSIS along with ULTRASOUND PELVIS as well as random blood sugar. after then i will be able to offer you any treatment.
meet your doctor for proper examination and investigations.

Meanwhile stay calm
