For your frequent urination at night, I want to rule out prostatic problem fast and for that for rectal prostate examination is beneficial. Second rule out diabetes mellitus by random blood sugar estimation. Your urine routine microscopic examination is also advisable and if any infectious pathology found in that like presence of pus cells and bacteria, then we have to treat it with the antibiotic.
