My girlfriend at night can't sleep she wakes up at least 5-8 times at night and go uses the restroom to pee. It's affecting her mood in the morning she, feels tired going to work. I can't really afford taking her to urgent care so.wanted to try this, it has been happening last week and now.this week as well. Pleas help.
Hi, I think you should get some basic tests done to evaluate why a healthy young lady should be going so often in the night to the toilet. Please see if you can rule out an infection by a urine analysis, and if required, a urine culture. Blood sugar and renal parametrs like serum Creatinine should be checked as well. I hope she has no problem in voiding urine, and therefore she could benefit from use of medications like Darifenacin 7.5 mg once a night to start, and see if the urine frequency comes down. This should also help with any urinary urgency as well. She might also need an ultrasound scan of her kidneys and bladder and an estimate of post void residue if her problem persists.
