Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Frequent Urination, Dizziness Upon Standing And Bloating?
I have been urinating a lot it has a slight odor to it. Plus everytime I go to stand up I get very dizzy. And my stomach is bloated. I ve been drinking plenty of water so I know I m not dehydrated, but the drinking of water is not the cause of my frequent urination. So my question is what could possibly be wrong I just had my period about a week ago so there s no way I m pregnant. What could be wrong?
Dear Friend, Its better that you should mention your age during asking questions, anyways as per symptoms it seems that you might have urinary tract infection, the second differential diagnosis is diabetes which have symptom like Frequent urination,Excessive thirst, Increased hunger,Weight loss,Tiredness. so kindly relate with symptoms, and do urinary routine examination and culture and fasting and postprandial blood sugar. till test confirms diagnosis, in my opinion it may be UTI so start taking antibiotics like Levofloxacin 750mg once a day, urine alkalizer (ALKASOL) 10 ml in a glass of water thrice, PPI (Pantoprazole) once a day, drink plenty of water,
