What Causes Frequent Urination, Painful Ejaculation And Watery Semen?
My husband has been urinating frequently, with little yield, and tonight had a painful ejaculation and clear, watery semen. He just got off a two week detachment on a Navy ship, if that helps. I don't know what to do. It's been keeping him up all night.

I have read the symptoms of your husband and will try to find a solution.
His symptoms are:
-urinating frequently
-with little yield
-painful ejaculation
-watery semen
These symptoms correlate with these conditions:
-urinary tract infection
-Inflammation/infection of the testicles, prostate, or urethra
If i was his doctor,i would recommend an urine test to confirm the presence of the bacteria in his urinary tract. Also,depending from his symptoms,i would suggest a consult with a urologist for the diagnosis of prostatits,or infection of his testicles.
-To confirm a prostatitis,your husband need to do some other tests like digital rectal examination done by the urologyst, or ultrasound of his prostate.
-Also,if he has inflamation/infection of his testicles and ultrasoud is one of the best tests to confirm it.
For his pain,your husband can use ibuprofen.
