What Causes Frequent Urination With Blood In It?

i am 39 years old, 5 ft. 3 inches tall, 53 kilos. i undergone thyroidectomy 10 years ago, i have experienced having UTI for past years. Recently i am experienceng frequent urination, brown color foul discharge. What bothers me now is i have blood in urine with blood clots at the beginning of urination and without pain. i feel pain in my right side lower abdomen. i have been urinating blood with grape size blood clots for 3 days now. Can i just ignore this? i carry heavy loads, is there a connection why i am urinating blood?

Hi,

The significant amount of pain with blood clots in urine should never be ignored at any cost. It can be from the severe UTI, calculus in the urinary system or urinary tract tumors.

Get immediate visit to ER and blood tests with CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis for the final diagnosis and further management. I would like to assist further at anytime.
