General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the issue of leg weakness, slurry speech are secondary to possible ischemic changes in the central nervous system with developing stroke.

The urination issue can be neurology effecting the bladder muscles or internal sphincter with or without prostate issues. It would be best if you can provide me your dad's reports as scanned copy in attachment when you follow up in next session.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
